

Please note that only Cable, Satellite & Terrestrial receivers can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery. All receivers must be returned "sealed & unopened" & "at your own cost". All Cable, Satellite & Terrestrial receivers are now fitted with a tamper evident security seal on the retail packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the security seal has been cut or has been removed.
All items must be returned in the same condition, i.e. With no scuff marks, scratches, dents & with all original parts, packaging & accessories.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within three (3) business days of receipt of equipment. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to inspect the package.
A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all items.
Parcels which are refused delivery, will be subject to a £10 handling charge. This is due to return fees incurred through Parcelforce.
Unfortunately we can not provide a buy, try & return service.
Like all online businesses, we cannot refund any delivery charges.

Software related issues are not covered under warranty with no compromise, including but not limited to installing software that is provided by a third party.
Occasionally you may need to install new software on your receiver to maintain its full functionality.

Signal strength issues are not covered under warranty with no compromise. Freezing & sticky pictures are a local cable provider issue & are caused by a weak or high signal strength & are not always due to faulty hardware. If your signal strength is weak, you may require a signal booster. If your signal strength is high, you may require a forward path attenuator. Prior to investing in a signal booster or a forward path attenuator, please contact your local cable provider for assistance. Please contact us for advise on how to boost or reduce your cable signal strength.

Warranty does not cover failure to hardware due to:
Faulty residential electrical supplies, negligence, tampering, accidental damage, damage due to thunder & lightning storms. Also hardware failure due to installing software that is provided by a third party.
All DVB receivers have tamper evident security stickers attached. Removing the security stickers will void your warranty.
If DVB receivers are returned for repair & proven to have the original components missing or replaced, The warranty will be void.
DVB Junkie UK will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any equipment purchased from us. It is important to read all instruction manuals before using your equipment.
